1.訂貨

您可選擇:

1. 電話訂購熱線: (852) 2914 1850
2. 使用網上購物籃發出訂單
3. 傳真訂購. 請填妥訂購表格傳真至: (852) 2914 1895
4. 電郵訂購. 請電郵至info@4s.com.hk  
5. 親臨本公司購買 (本公司地址:香港中環永吉街8號誠利商業大廈8樓A室)


2.付款 

您可選擇:

1. 親臨本公司付現金, 支票(抬頭"Four Seasons Company" / "季安公司")或信用卡(visa/master).
2. 上門送貨或港鐵交收時即付現金或支票(抬頭"Four Seasons Company" / "季安公司")
3. 以郵寄方式購買前可先 存款至匯豐銀行戶口 (571-148741-001) (Four Seasons Company), 並傳真收據至(852) 2914 1895,以電郵/電話通知; 或通知我們訂貨詳情以便我們發出PayPal支付電子郵件予顧客郵箱
4. 網上即時使用購物籃訂貨後以信用卡經 PayPal 付款系統(以港元計)支付
5. 中國地區可存款至本公司中國銀行廣州分行(天河支行林河西辦事處)戶口(4758607-0188-040362-2)

訂購後我們會以電話/傳真/電郵聯絡閣下以確認訂單,您可親臨本公司取貨,或由我們安排送貨到府上

3.送貨

本港送貨, 不設最低消費, 每張訂單可享免費送貨一次．

同一訂單如送貨後額外要求換貨, 退貨等第二次送貨, 需額外收取送貨費HK$50. 敬請留意.

送貨地區:

1. 工商業區: 可於辦公時間內貨到收款. 一般商業區次日可送達; 較偏遠商業區2日內達.

2. 另可選擇港鐵沿線交收,須最少3小時前預約交收時間. 敬請客戶準時交收, 如遲到超過15分鐘, 需收取HK$50送貨費.

3. 偏遠地區和家居地址: 速遞貨到收款3天內送抵(非所有地區可達), 無需貨到收款可經香港郵政EMS本地快遞送件到府上, 次日可達.

送貨時間:

平日上午九時半至下午六時 (速遞送貨到公司)
平日上午九時至下午五時一般郵政派件時間 (EMS郵政快遞送貨)
平日上午九時半至下午七時 (港鐵沿線交收)
(如欲於非辦公時間和公假日子交收,須先於辦公時間內預約.)

中國地區,澳門,台灣,海外國際地區 郵遞送貨:

 3 Steps Easy Shopping

1.ORDER

You can choose:

1. Phone order. Please call (852) 2914 1850.
2. Shopping Cart order.
3. Fax order. Please fax the order form to (852) 2914 1895.
4. Email order. Please email to info@4s.com.hk .
5. Shop at our office. (Our Address: Rm 8A, Shing Lee Comm Bldg, 8 Wing Kut St,Central, Hong Kong)


2.PAY

You can choose:

1. Pay at our office by cash, check (Payable to "Four Seasons Company")or credit card (visa or master).
2. Pay at your office or MTR delivery or by cash or check. (Payable to "Four Seasons Company")
3. Deposit into HSBC account (571-148741-001) (Four Seasons Company) and fax (852-2914 1895) or email the receipt to us
4. Online credit card payment via PayPal. (In HK$)
5. Deposit into Bank of China (Guangzhou Branch) account (4758607-0188-040362-2) in Mainland China.

We will contact you via phone/fax/email for order confirmation and delivery arrangement. You can also pick up the goods at our office.


3.DELIVERY

Within Hong Kong: FREE SHIPPING once per order, WITHOUT MINIMUM ORDER.

Delivery Area:

1. Hong Kong main industrial areas and CBD: courier delivery + collection of payment available

2. Along MTR station: Please appoint the delivery time and place before at least 3 hours of delivery

3. Remote location and residential area: HongkongPost EMS local courier delivery. (collection of payment unavailable, payment can be made by bank-in or PayPal online payment in advance.)
 
Delivery Time:
 
1. Weekdays 9:30am-6:00pm (courier delivery at office)
2. Weekdays 9:00am-5:00pm Routine delivery time (HKPost EMS delivery)
3. Weekdays 9:30am-7:00pm (deliver along MTR stations)
(For delivery during non-office hours or public holidays, please make the appointment in advance during our office hours)

China, Macau, Taiwan, International Order:
